The 2010 Ontario University Athletics (OUA) football season begins on Labour Day weekend with all 10 teams in action across the province. The York Lions will kick off their season on the road on Monday, Sept. 6 with an afternoon affair in Guelph against the Gryphons.
Ricky Foley, a former member of the York University football team, received one of the highest honours in the Canadian Football League when he was named the recipient of the most outstanding Canadian award.
